N95 Mask Usage Instructions

We have plenty of gloves and N95 masks (Attack truck driver's side pocket and the Red Bag).

Fitting Instructions:

1. Remove from packaging and hold with straps facing upwards.
    
2. Fully open top and bottom panels, bending the nose piece around thumb at center of foam. Straps should separate when panels are opened. Make sure the bottom panel is fully opened.
    
3. Place respirator on your face so that the foam rests on your nose and the bottom panel is open under your chin. Then pull the top strap over your head and position it high on the back of your head. Pull the bottom strap over your head and position it around the neck below the ears. Adjust for a comfortable fit by pulling the top panel toward the bridge of the nose and bottom panel under chin.
    
4. Place your finger tips from both hands at the top of the metal nosepiece. Using two hands, mold the nose area to the shape of your nose by pushing inward while moving your fingertips down both sides of the nosepiece.
    
5. Check the seal at each wearing. Cover the middle panel with one or both hands. In hale and exhale slowly. If air leaks around the nose, readjust the nosepiece adjust as for 4. If air leaks around the respirator edges, adjust panels and straps. If you cannot achieve a proper fit, do not enter a contaminated area.

Removal Instructions:

Cup respirator in hand to maintain position on face and pull bottom strap over head. Still holding, pull the top strap over head and remove respirator. The mask may be used again if not contaminated.
