To Find The Relationship Of Two Persons (We'll Call Them "You" And "They"), Find "You" In The Row To The Right Of; Then Find Person "They" In The Column Below. Then, Simply Follow The Column Of Person "You" Down To The Box Where It Intersects With The Row Of Person "They".
For Example, If "You" Are A Grandson/Daughter Of And "They" Are A Great Grandson/Daughter Of  The Box Where Yours And Their Respective Column And Row Intersect Tells Us That You and "THEY" Are First Cousins, Once Removed.
