"Two popular young Berkeleyans will exchange vows at an informal ceremony at 7 p.m. Saturday at Saint John's Presbyterian Church. They are Frances O. Gimbel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Gimbel or Russell St. and Frank A. Small, son of Mrs. Eva Small of Webster St.
The bride-elect is a former student at the University of California. Her fiance is employed by a Berkeley manufacturing firm and the couple plan to make their future home here. Following their marriage on Saturday they will leave for a two week honeymoon trip to Canada."

"Frank A Small. A native of California and a long-time Berkeley resident, Mr. Small, 61, died here Monday. He was a member of Oakland Traffic Club, Froeign Trade Club, Berkeley chamber of Commerce and California Manufacturers Assn.
Sruvivors include his widow, Frances O; two sons, Carl D. Small, Walnut Creek and Gregory T. Small, Berkeley; a daughter, Mrs. Penny A. Lawrence, Richmond; a brother James H. Small, Sacramento; three sisters Mrs. Irene Welke, Sierrville, Mrs. June Bedford, San Antonio, and Mrs. Beatrice Fletcher, San Jose, and four grand children."
